You may bring water and a face/hand towel. You may also bring ankle weights or attached-hand weights. Refreshments are always on sale. Water bottles are not allowed on the event/exercise floor (near your or anyone else's feet).

Whether there is a theme or not, we encourage participants to wear comfortable clothing, suitable for exercise. All clothing and accessories should be safe for you and those around you.

You do not have to adhere to the top-level theme in order to attend. We always give second-level dress code guidance in each event description.

Gro Fit Parties can be fun for the entire family, hence there are no age limits or explicit minimum. However, we do ask that if you are bringing a child, you use discretion keeping the temperament and age of that child in mind, knowing that Fitness Parties can be fast paced with quite a number of adults moving around in an exercise capacity. Strollers are not allowed on the event/exercise floor.

All Gro Fit Parties, unless explicitly stated, are co-ed. All are welcome.

To get notified of LIVE STREAMING events such as shopping, classes or webinars, join our email list (form located at the bottom of every page). Also, every event will be posted on the website on the streaming and/or events page.

Sometimes there is a system delay that can result in an item getting sold out, which in turn, your order may have to be cancelled.

For safety during shipping and to preserve battery life, a clear and red plastic tab is placed visibly between the batteries, just pull that plastic tab out and the LED product will become functional.

Orders are shipped in the order they are received and usually within 72 hours. Shipping times are strictly based on the courier; however, domestically, orders can be delivered in as little as 1 day, up to 5 days. An email notification will be sent to you once your order is shipped with your tracking number and shipping courier.

Using a measuring tape:
Shoulders: Start at the tip of one shoulder and measure in a circle all the way around to your other shoulder. Keep the measuring tape high up around your shoulders so it almost slips off. You may need to have someone help you take this measurement.
Bust: Measure at the fullest part of the bust.
Under-Bust: Measure around the rib cage right under the bust.
Waist: Measure circumference at the narrowest part (natural waistline).
High Hip: Measure the protruding point of your hip bones, approximately 3" below your natural waist.
Low Hip (Hips): Measure the widest part of your hip, approximately 8" below your natural waist.
Inseam: Measure the inside of your leg, from crotch to the top of your shoe. Or, measure a similar style of trouser/pants that you know fit you well.
Sleeves: Measure from the center of the back of the neck, across the shoulder to the elbow and down to the wrist.
