Returns & Refunds
Where applicable, items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Notify us, by email, of your return within 7 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new/unused, unscented, with original tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, where applicable. Once approved, refunds are issued instantly and the time in which you receive it, will depend on your financial institution/bank.

Contest items
Underwear/intimates/sanitary
Custom items (i.e. custom sizes, personally branded items, etc)
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Topical creams
Teas

To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or order number. DO NOT send your item back without first notifying us that you will be initiating a return (within 7 days of delivery).

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return inspection is complete and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds are usually issued within 5 days of our inspection. 

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping, EXCEPT for preorder items. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. It is highly suggested to get tracking for your returned item, as lost packages will not be our responsibility. For lost packages, contact your shipping carrier.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@grofitparty.com.

Gift(s)
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be notified of the return.
